Meet Coach Ray Hibbert
At Kings of Queens Basketball, we’re more than just a team—we’re a family, and every family has its pillars. One such pillar is our esteemed Coach Ray Hibbert, whose name is synonymous with dedication, leadership, and community service.
A former Division 2 college basketball player, Coach Ray’s legacy began at St. Paul’s College in Virginia, where he not only mastered the game but also embraced the spirit of teamwork and perseverance. His transition from player to coach was fueled by a passion to guide the youth, not just in basketball, but in life.
Through his work with 100 Suits, Coach Ray has become a mentor to many, teaching our young athletes the importance of presentation and self-esteem. He understands that a well-tailored suit is more than attire—it’s armor for the challenges of the world.
Coach Ray’s expertise extends beyond the court. He is deeply committed to ensuring that our players excel academically, offering guidance and support to help them stay on track with their schooling. He firmly believes that the discipline and focus required in basketball are the same qualities needed to succeed in the classroom.
At Kings of Queens Basketball, Coach Ray is not just developing skilled athletes—he’s nurturing future leaders. His impact is evident in every game won, every grade improved, and every life he touches. We are proud to have Coach Ray Hibbert as a cornerstone of our community, inspiring our players to reach their full potential both on and off the court.
